LOL First they have to approve you as their friend... that's not always easy! Love this! My son quit facebook because he didn't want potential employers hunting him down. This was great!
They may have to approve you BUT it's like a popularity contest to see who has the most friends so I dunno how discerning they are. I saw a thing on the news recently how you can BUY friends if you want to show how 'popular' you are. Hmmmmm...we all think about Big Brother stalking us and having TMI. I guess if family is creative enough, they can have all the info they want too, ha!
Hysterical I loved it. Still not living in a Facebook world over here for now.
It took me a minute to realize that this was a spoof, because it's so right on! Too funny! My daughter's past the age where I need to stalk her, but still enjoy what she has to say to friends. And I'm 'friends' with my ex-husband's grown son, so that's kind of fun and different!
That was great! I'm sending it along to my friends with kids in college!
Oh, we have so much in common! This is too funny! Love The Onion.
Hilarious; thank you for sharing this with us! I stalk, uh, friend my kids on FB too...e-mom's a hoot.
Loved this especially as an avid Facebook user. LOL Love the onion!.....Have a great day my friene......:-) Hugs
Julia!!! So wonderful to meet you!!! Thank you so much for stopping by my blog to say "hello!" I absolutely love making new friends...and will very much look forward to getting to know you!!! It is obvious that we have much in common...including your great sense of humor!!! Love this post! ~Janine XO
This is so great. I'm just glad my Mama just says no to computer.
That's absolutely hilarious! too bad my younger son has finished uni and is happily married with a weeny baby now.... dammit! I would have loved to spy on him!!
My kids are my friends on FB, but I think it's only as long as I behave myself......no ga-ga'ing or mushy stuff:) Funny Video!
LOL!! The Onion is great. I have to admit to tracking my college-age daughter a time or two by seeing where she has used her debit card - our accounts are linked. :-O
LOL! This was so flipping funny!
That's hilarious. Sometimes FB gives you a little more info than you might want to know.
That's a hoot. I really don't like Facebook.. this concept isn't all that far-fetched. I feel way too visible out there even with restricted settings. But this truly was funny.. thanks for sharing. :)
That is sooo funny! Thanks for sharing!
Funny!And just a little bit creepy.... ;)
That was hysterical, especially about the trampy girlfriend. Any particular reason your son sent this to you??? :))Yes, FB sometimes gives you way more info than you want to know.
Oh how funny! And how great that your son would send it to you!
It took me a minute to realize that this was a spoof, because it's so right on! How to make a website
This is really funny.. Thanks for sharing it.
Too funny! I love that your son sent it to you.
Good stuff for a Friday! :)
Lol...Thanks for the laugh, I do have a facebook and twitter account... so I do know about this. LOL
That's a riot! I love it:)
Oh gosh...I just started the teen years with my 13 year old daughter! Will I make with two more after her? :)
Hilarious! But not too far from the truth for some moms! Hey, my daughter won't even "friend" me!
Just stopping by to see what my new friend is up to ....Hope you are well!!! ~Janine XO
Hilarious, cher! If I tried that with mine, they would kill me. lol Besides, they would never add me as a friend and I learned a long time ago to respect their privacy or else. Cheers!
I'm still laughing.....There is an award waiting for you at my blog!http://missysbooknook.blogspot.com/2009/09/new-award-yay.html
This was so funny that at first I did not realize it was not real... just a spoof. I love facebook for keeping update with my family.
I loved it, too. Just yesterday I saw that my son had friended a new girl on Facebook, and her profile showed her in a very short skirt. It was all I could do to keep from sending her some pithy piece of advice such as "Keep your hands off my boy, tramp!"
Let me know what you think. Every word you write, I appreciate.
